 Brand Identity is the key ingredient in keeping your company's name in the minds of the people, even if they have never been a customer of yours. We feel this holds true no matter how small in size your company may be, even if it is a one-man operation.
The two components needed for getting that identity out into the world are: (1) have a logo that can be used in many types of media, such as printing, embroidery and screen printing, as well as (2) a color scheme and overall theme to the various media types, such as website, brochures, apparel and promotional gifts.
Before creating a logo for you, doctorsid will first learn the various types of media you will be using. If the logo will only be used for web and full color printing, there are really no limitations to the design. However, if it will be used for screen printing, embroidery
and/or printed media that will require colors that can be separated individually, that will require special considerations will need to be made when designing the logo. In the case of many of the examples in the sampler, doctorsid created full color versions for web and full color print as well as a version that can be used in spot-color or even single-color applications.

 Website Design has probably become the largest part of the project load over the last few years. Since printed media can become out-of-date even before it gets off the press. that has made digital media even more popular for distributing information due to the ability to alter or change the information quickly.
Website development, even in itself has been finding new demands lately with the influx of smart phones and tablet devices like the iPad.
Thus causing developers to design websites that will work on three main platforms... the computer, smart phone and tablet. And all three of those formats and aspect ratios are different from each other.
At some point in the design there will be certain compromises made in how the website will appear in each of the three platforms. And if Flash technology is used, then you can pretty well forget about it displaying on the Apple phone and tablet products. But Flash does work on the Android operating system and probably will be able to be displayed on Apple products in the future.
Even standard HTML has reached a new level of standards and abilities to do things never possible before such as play video without the need of a plug-in and the use of special fonts. as in this site, your machine most likely doesn't have the font used in all the text. But with HTML 5, we can create sites and use designer fonts instead of the standard ones available. Although it takes a fairly new web browser to utilize the features of HTML 5, a large percentage of web visitors will indeed have a new browser version. If not, you should update due to the many security holes that have been plugged over the last couple years.
Most all the sites doctorsid creates are updated and kept current for the client, but there are a few sites that we created that the client takes over the updates of text and even some images. To facilitate that process of doing site maintenance, doctorsid also offer hosting through their Black Bear Web Hosting service.

 Product Photography and Stock Photos for brochures, websites, or any variety of visual media doctorsid produces are just another part of the complete package offered to clients. No matter if you just need images for your own use or they will be a part of one of my designs. doctorsid can bring a mobile set up to your location and in most instances as well as capture the images in my controlled environment studio.
Although doctorsid does have a stock of over 50,000 commercially available stock photos, they often prefer creating a custom image for the design to be developed. this allows more flexibility in what can be dream up instead of being limited to the images available from stock photo agencies.
There are really no limitations to the subject matter. doctorsid has photographed tiny beads and jewelry as shown here, foods, bottled products, building interiors & exteriors,
amusement park rides, and much more.

 Brochures, Posters, Rack Cards, and just about any type of printed media available, can be produce by doctorsid. and that covers many aspects of the project, such as in the Santa's Land brochure in which doctorsid photographed the action at the park and designed a full color brochure utilizing those images.
Depending on the clients desire to handle the printing or not, doctorsid can also handle the offset printing through an associate, and at probably a lower price than you will find from your local printer. That way we can handle the project from conception to delivery without the client having to make time in their schedules to work out details about printing.
Display panels and banners for Trade Show Booths and other large format imagery can be created just as well, and in the same timely fashion as a small printed piece. doctorsid will also coordinate with your supplier of the booth and upload the files for them to print from.
This would also apply to Point of Purchase Displays and other retail store graphics. Large posters and signage or even the shopping bags are produced in doctorsid's studio.
